Shipping Policy

1. Shipments

Free shipping is provided for all orders.

2. Countries with Exceptions and Customs Charges

Some countries apply import duties and taxes, which are not included in the order price and are the sole responsibility of the customer:

  • Switzerland and Liechtenstein: Customs costs for meat imports are always borne by the recipient.

  • United Kingdom: Requires an EORI number and may experience delivery delays due to customs processing. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Iberian Select Foods SL only covers the export customs costs from the point of origin.

  • Cyprus, Malta, and Mediterranean Islands: Free shipping does not apply to these destinations, regardless of the order amount.

All products are subject to customs inspection in the destination countries. Any additional expenses arising from such inspections are the responsibility of the customer. For more information regarding customs costs, we recommend consulting the local authorities of the destination country.

3. Calculation of Shipping Costs

  • Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions is required to complete an order.

  • Shipments are not made to countries that do not appear on the authorized list provided by Iberian Select Foods SL.

4. Delivery

Delivery Location and Schedule

  • Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding local holidays), specifically to private residences or offices.

  • We recommend providing an address where someone is always available to receive the package.

Delivery Times Shipping times are always estimates, as delays may occur due to stock shortages or transport issues. However, we strive to meet the following windows:

  • Europe: 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation.

  • Sliced Ham Orders: May take an additional 2 to 4 days, as the product is sliced to order to guarantee maximum freshness.

  • Special Dates: During the Christmas campaign (November 1st to December 31st), delivery times may double due to high order volumes.

5. Receipt and Verification of Orders

  • The customer must inspect the condition and contents of the package as soon as possible after receipt.

  • If no issue is reported within 7 calendar days of delivery, the order will be considered accepted.

  • In the event of product unavailability after an order is placed, Iberian Select Foods SL will notify the customer within a maximum of 15 days, offering a product of similar or superior characteristics at no extra cost, or a full refund of the amount paid.
