These terms and conditions govern the use of iberianselectfoods.com and purchases made through Iberian Select Foods. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, together with the applicable product, shipping, returns and privacy information.

1. Who we are

2. Our products and suppliers

We offer a curated selection of Iberian food products sourced from specialist producers and suppliers. Product descriptions, images, weights, formats and availability are provided as accurately as possible. Natural variations in weight, appearance, colour, texture and taste may occur, particularly with artisan and weight-based products.

Some products are supplied and dispatched through our selected producer or fulfilment partners. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights or our responsibility to provide the service described on this website.

3. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. After receiving your order, we will send an acknowledgement by email. The purchase contract is formed when we accept the order and confirm it, or when we dispatch the products, whichever occurs first.

We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a clear pricing or description error has occurred, payment cannot be authorised, or delivery to the selected destination is not available. If we cancel an accepted order, we will refund any amount already paid for that order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include any taxes that are legally applicable at checkout, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated according to the destination, order weight and volume, and available service, and are shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Promotional prices and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions and cannot be combined unless expressly indicated.

5. Availability and substitutions

All products are subject to availability. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you where appropriate and may offer an alternative or refund the unavailable item. We will not substitute a product without your agreement where the change would materially affect the order.

6. Shipping and delivery

We deliver to the European destinations available at checkout. Orders are usually prepared within 24–48 business hours. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–5 business days, with an estimated total delivery time of 5–8 business days from order confirmation. These are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, weather or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Full details are set out in our Shipping policy. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and for any additional costs caused by an incorrect address, repeated absence or unjustified refusal of delivery.

7. Returns, cancellations and damaged products

8. Food safety and receipt of products

Food products must be stored and handled in accordance with the information supplied with the product. Refrigerated, fresh or short-life products should be received promptly and stored as indicated. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, wet or opened, please document the condition, notify the carrier where possible and contact us promptly through the contact form.

9. Website use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or misuse any content, account or checkout functionality.

10. Intellectual property

The website, brand, text, images, graphics, design and other content belong to Iberian Select Foods or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including mandatory consumer protections, liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or liability for defective products under applicable law. We may update these terms when necessary, for example to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. The terms applicable to an order are those published when the order is placed.
