Shipping and delivery

We ship to the European destinations available at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery country, the total weight and volume of the order, and the available delivery service.

The final shipping cost, where applicable, will always be shown clearly before you complete your purchase.

Free-shipping promotions may apply to selected destinations, order values or promotional periods. Any current promotion will be displayed on our website or during checkout.

Order preparation and delivery

Orders are usually prepared within 24–48 business hours.

Once dispatched, delivery generally takes between 3 and 5 business days. The estimated total delivery time is therefore 5–8 business days from order confirmation.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

Orders are normally delivered from Monday to Friday.

Order tracking

Once your order has been collected by the carrier, we will send any available tracking information to the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, repeated absence or unjustified refusal of delivery may be charged to the customer.

Delivery issues

If your package arrives visibly damaged, wet or opened, we recommend reporting this to the carrier and contacting us as soon as possible through our contact form.

We may request photographs of the packaging and affected products to help us manage the incident.

Customs and taxes

For destinations outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or other fees imposed by the destination country, unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.
